- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
- Salt to taste

- In a large pot, heat the ghee or coconut oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.
